From ordering to playing
Give waiting time a playful moment.
A completed order is the starting point for KioskPlay. A printed participation ticket connects the order to a short game on a physical touchscreen kiosk, while the customer waits to collect their food.
01 / How it works · 3 simple steps
From your order,
to your next challenge.
Playing at KioskPlay starts with your order. You need the special game ticket from the cashier or ordering kiosk to begin.
Complete your order.
Choose what you want and complete your order at the cashier or self-service ordering kiosk.
Collect your game ticket.
At the ordering kiosk, a separate game ticket is printed alongside your receipt. If you order at the cashier, collect your ticket there.
Play while you wait.
At KioskPlay, scan your ticket or enter its code. Read the instructions, wait for the countdown and play. Your result appears as soon as the round ends.
From your ordering software to KioskPlay
Connect ordering
with play.
Add a little fun to every order. Your ordering software tells KioskPlay how many entries to issue, and your customer receives a Play Ticket to join the game.
An example for your business
An order over €10
The customer orders at the counter. In this example, the business’s promotion grants two game entries for an order over €10.
Two Play Tickets at the counter
The ordering software requests two tickets. KioskPlay creates them with a barcode and prints them on the counter’s printer, then staff hand them to the customer.
Scan the barcode and play
The customer holds the Play Ticket’s barcode in front of the KioskPlay scanner, scans it and starts a game they want to play from those available at that installation.
The order threshold and ticket quantity are defined for your promotion. We review the integration and printing setup based on your ordering software and the equipment in your store.
Each Play Ticket gives the customer one attempt at the game.

One ticket. Two ways to collect it.
When ordering at the counter, the customer receives a game ticket from the staff. When ordering at a kiosk, the ticket is printed alongside the receipt after the order is completed.
The customer scans the ticket at KioskPlay or enters its code. The receipt records the purchase; the separate participation ticket gives access to one attempt.
Order at the ordering kiosk. Play at KioskPlay.
The ordering kiosk is where the customer selects and completes an order. At KioskPlay, they scan the ticket or enter its code, then follow the instructions, wait for the countdown, play and see the result.
Participation therefore has a clear starting point. Walking up to the game screen alone does not start a round; the customer needs the ticket issued after their order.
A place in your store's daily flow.
While the team prepares the order, the customer can enjoy a short challenge. The position of KioskPlay, ticket collection and the instructions given to customers should work together in your space.
- Tell us how customers currently order: at the counter, an ordering kiosk or both.
- We review the ticket printing and scanning flow for your installation.
- We discuss kiosk placement and equipment, quoted separately from the game.
Your questions, answered
Let's make it clear.
Does the customer need a ticket to play?
Yes. At the physical installation, the customer scans the participation ticket or enters its code. The ticket is issued after an order and gives access to one attempt.
Can customers collect a ticket at the counter?
Yes. The ticket is handed out at the counter or printed alongside the receipt at the ordering kiosk, depending on how the customer places the order.
Can I use equipment I already own?
We need to review the existing equipment and the ordering, printing and scanning flow before confirming what can be reused. Send us the details of your installation.
